1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SparqBright's network management services, you enter into a binding agreement with SparqBright, located at No. 220號, Siwei Rd, Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan 220. These terms govern your use of our educational content, network management tools, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms with thirty days notice to registered users.

These terms apply to all users, including students, network administrators, educational institutions, and casual visitors to our platform.

2. Service Description and Limitations

SparqBright provides educational resources and basic network management tools designed to help users understand fundamental networking concepts. Our services include learning materials, practice exercises, and limited network monitoring capabilities.

Service Limitations

Our tools are designed for educational purposes and basic network management. They may not be suitable for enterprise-level network management or critical infrastructure monitoring. Users requiring advanced capabilities should consult professional network management solutions.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users must maintain appropriate conduct when using our services and interacting with our community. This includes respecting intellectual property, following ethical guidelines, and contributing positively to the learning environment.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using our tools for unauthorized network access or malicious activities
  • Sharing login credentials or circumventing access controls
  • Disrupting services or interfering with other users' learning
  • Posting inappropriate content in forums or community areas
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary tools

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, tools, and materials provided through SparqBright remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. This includes educational content, software tools, documentation, and user interface designs.

Users may access and use our materials for personal learning and educational purposes. However, redistribution, modification, or commercial use requires explicit written permission from SparqBright.

User-Generated Content

Content you create while using our services (such as forum posts, shared configurations, or learning notes) remains your property. However, by sharing this content on our platform, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and use it to improve our services.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and international privacy standards. This includes information necessary to provide our services and improve user experience.

Data Security Commitment

Scheduled maintenance occurs monthly, typically during low-usage hours (Taiwan time). We provide advance notice through email and platform notifications when possible.

Support is available via email at help@sparqbright.com during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Taiwan time). Response times typically range from 24 to 48 hours, depending on inquiry complexity.

7. Limitation of Liability

SparqBright provides educational services and basic network management tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of educational content, or specific learning outcomes.

Our liability for any damages arising from service use is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all types of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Educational Purpose Disclaimer

Our tools and content are designed for educational purposes. Users implementing network management practices learned through our platform do so at their own risk and should seek professional consultation for critical network infrastructure decisions.

8. Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users can close their accounts through their profile settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account Closure Process

Upon termination, users lose access to premium features and stored configurations. We retain account data for ninety days to facilitate potential account restoration, after which personal information is permanently deleted according to our data retention policies.

Users wishing to export their learning progress or configurations should do so before account closure, as this data becomes inaccessible immediately upon termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising from service use or these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Taiwan's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve issues informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Jurisdiction and Venue

For disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the courts of New Taipei City, Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts for any legal proceedings.
